3 cups all-purpose flour
1-1/2 cups cold butter, cut into cubes
3/4 cup sour cream
1 cup sugar, divided
Using a pastry cutter or two knives, cut butter into flour until mixture resembles
crumbs. Stir in sour cream. Transfer mixture to a lightly floured surface and

apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes; carefully turn cookies
